Last updated: September 14, 2026

LASTREMIX LLC, operating under the name NOVAEDEN Entertainment, respects the intellectual property rights of others. This page explains how to notify us of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and identifies our Designated Copyright Agent. It reproduces Section 8 of our Terms of Service, which it forms part of.

8.1 Our policy. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (the "DMCA"). In appropriate circumstances, we will remove or disable access to material that is claimed to be infringing, and we will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers as described in Section 8.7.

8.2 Notification of claimed infringement. If you believe that material available through our Services infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to enforce, please send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent (Section 8.3). To be effective under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), your notification must include all of the following:

A notification that does not substantially comply with these requirements may not be effective, and we may be unable to act on it.

8.3 Designated Copyright Agent. Our designated agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement is:

Designated Copyright Agent
LASTREMIX LLC (NOVAEDEN Entertainment)
Attn: Legal Department (DMCA Designated Agent)
Email: legals@novaeden.com

Please send only notifications of claimed copyright infringement, and counter-notifications, to our Designated Copyright Agent. All other inquiries should be sent using the contact details in Section 18 of our Terms of Service.

8.4 Notice to the user. When we remove or disable access to material in response to a notification, we will take reasonable steps to promptly notify the user who made the material available.

8.5 Counter-notification. If material that you made available was removed or disabled as a result of a notification of claimed infringement, and you believe in good faith that it was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), your counter-notification must include:

When we receive a valid counter-notification, we will promptly send a copy of it to the person who submitted the original notification and inform that person that we will replace the removed material, or cease disabling access to it, in 10 business days. We will then restore the material not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification, unless our Designated Copyright Agent first receives notice from the person who submitted the original notification that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material.

8.6 Misrepresentations. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. If you are not sure whether material infringes your copyright, we recommend that you consult an attorney before sending a notification.

8.7 Repeat infringers. It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
